Thank you for visiting edtrication.com (“the Site”) which is a property of edtric corp., a California corporation, (“edtric”).  This privacy statement explains how the information we obtain from you is used when you order edtric products and when you visit our web sites.  Please read this policy carefully since by visiting the Site and/or sharing information with us, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions unless You offer different terms which are accepted by edtric in writing.

The Privacy Policy may be revised or updated at any time by us.  We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change this Policy at any time by posting revised terms on the Site. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this Policy. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes means you accept the changes.  In the event we make material changes to this Policy, notice of these changes will be posted on the edtric homepage and the revised policy will take effect thirty days after their publication on this site.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, date of birth and password plus your billing information. We use the information you provide for to fulfill an order or to contact you regarding our products and services.

This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the edtric Site.

We support and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, nor do we share such information with third parties.
